Correspondence; mss. of writings; notes; military diaries; military orders dating from the early 1900s to about 1925; genealogical materials concerning Russian nobility and Goshtovt's family; maps, primarily on World War I, but also including a postal map of Russia in 1860 and a map of transportation routes in 1887; and clippings, bulletins published by various emigré military organizations, books, chiefly on the German Army during World War I, and other printed matter. Includes substantial material on World War I, as well as papers dealing with the Russian Civil War, Polish history, medieval Russia and Lithuania, and the history of Russian education.
